Mentoring Streams

Referral information

JAC mentoring programmes are suitable for young people who have an interest in any of the activities mentioned, like being outdoors and may be struggling in the educational setting due to behavioural, emotional, social and or learning difficulties / disabilities.

Young people are referred to this programme from Social Services, Schools, Local Education Authorities, Pupil Referral Units, Youth Services and Parents. We can work with young people in small groups, if appropriate, but most of our work is 1-1.

How much does it cost?

We price for a term and then invoice on a monthly basis in equal amounts. Prices can vary according to the material requirements of the sessions, length of session, needs of the young person, and mentor-to-young-person ratio. A term of sessions, one hour a week, starts from £460 but ranges up to £1222.

Sessions cost us more to deliver than we charge, but we reduce the cost to schools, parents, and councils by about £15 a session in order to keep sessions affordable and accessible.

We never want financial reasons to stop young people from getting the support they need. Please contact us if this is the case.
