Jess Revell Jess started out at JAC as a volunteer, became an apprentice and is now a full time member of staff in the yard. She spends her time maintaining the stables and looking after the horses, in addition she works alongside young people who are completing horse care qualifications, providing support and expertise. She has completed her NVQ level 2 in horse care and riding, and is moving on to her level 3.
