Referral Form

Once the referral form is completed, we will assess it and then typically invite you to attend a Taster Session with the student (or the student may attend with a different trusted adult). We charge £45 for the Taster Session and this is part of our assessment process.

Card Payments: card payments will have a 1.5% charge added to cover the processing cost

If needing to pay by direct payment cards you can set up an online account to do this to not incur the fee.

All placements will be reviewed at the end of each half term and can be changed or cancelled at that point.

Sessions should be cancelled at least two weeks before the next half term begins, in order to allow other children to take up empty spaces.

Cancellations:
In order to keep costs low, we need to ensure sessions are fully booked, therefore once we have agreed a booking we will invoice at full cost of all sessions for the half-term. If we have to cancel a session then we will look to rebook at a later date.

If your young person has a Behaviour Management Plan then please email it to [email protected] once you have completed your referral as we will need this to assess of the needs and risk factors for the young person. We will not be able to progress the referral without the behaviour management plan.
